I issued this challenge the other day on my Daily affirmations of Gratitude post. I invited you all to start a gratitude list this week, Monday through Friday, listing 20 items per day for a total of 100 by Friday. I invited you to journal them, put them in a Word document or list them daily in the comments of my 30 Days of Thanksgiving blog posts. If you missed the announcement you can do one of two things–start today and have 40!! items on your list by Friday or start today and double up to still get to 100. Win-Win either way.
393. Going to Mass to start the day
394. Seeing such a sweet friend there who we have watched grow and marry an equally great man and begin a sweet little family
395. Grace before our meal and then going around the table saying what we are thankful for
396. Taking a nap with Leo
397. Chris hunting across the road
398. The sound of the 4-wheeler as kids go to put out hay and pick Chris up

400. Veronica folding loads of laundry
401. Visiting with Chris in the office

405. Payday
406. Not traveling for Thanksgiving
407. Checking the tree line for dead trees to use for firewood
408. Powerful words
409. Not missing mashed potatoes and rolls–never thought that would ever happen
410. Pies on the counter
411. Leo wanting to show Veronica something and just saying, “Come” and she did
412. Chris eating pie with a mound of coolwhip

Each day there is more encouragement and even some laughs over on my Facebook page. Head over and “Like” me there for more.
