Welcome to my weekly Sunday post, Daybook Online Journal. This is my weekly post keeping up with my day to day…week to week…year to year. Although I share a “Captured” moment here, I also capture my day on my Instagram account. If you have a blog and write an online journal type of post, leave the link in the comments. If you don’t blog, I would love for you to answer the prompts in the comment section. It’s fun getting a peek into others day to day.

Praying for…
I am, as always, praying for my children. I know first hand some of the dangers the world holds…{{{shudder}}}. This natural stretching of a big family includes keeping watch and being protective of the little ones while at the same time slowly (hopefully) introducing my older children to a very big world they must transition into.
Pondering…
I am pondering something my OB/GYN said to me one time, “You need to be like a reed, blowing and bowing in the wind.” His advice meaning to loosen up so the winds of life wouldn’t break me…spiritually, mentally, physically or emotionally.
Listening to…
I think Chris is watching some game on tv, Leo is playing ABC Mouse, Bernadette is getting ready to go see a friend in “A Christmas Carol,” Veronica is getting ready for a soccer game and the rest of the family is getting ready to go watch her.

Around the House…
Something is not working around here. I don’t know if it’s bad habits, too little time…we have got to get a good cleaning routine in place. Right now 2 of us do the kitchen/dinning room…2 on laundry…1 on trash…bedrooms are supposed to be picked up daily and then deep cleaned on Friday’s…kids rotate feeding the dog and chickens. We are anything but smooth and consistent right now.
In the Kitchen...
Spaghetti and French bread
Tacos and beans and rice
Beans
Sloppy Joes
Macaroni and Cheese

I think it is essential to pray for those we love…It’s the best thing we can do for them isn’t it? As I write this I am thinking about praying for those it’s hard to love…Now, that’s a challenge and equally essential…

Yes Clare pray for those who are hard to love. That’s not always an easy prayer to remember for me.
