Dear Facebook, You’re probably expecting another “It’s not you, it’s me” breakup letter. I’ve seen quite a few of them recently. This is a breakup letter, but…well, it really is you. You’re the problem in this relationship and honestly, I’m tired of you yanking my chain; the chain connected to my heart and mind. I’ve realized you’re distracting me from my purpose and I’ve got to let you go.
While walking around my home and little farm, showing it to visiting family, I realized this place holds a piece of my heart because it holds my husband and children.
I recently made a HUGE planning mistake! To make sure I don’t do that again, I’m preparing for the day to come and not being surprised by it!
Finding myself on Pinterest? I know right? But trust me on this. Creating a Pinterest board entitled “Who Am I?” has given me great insight into who I am. I tie all this in spiritually and financially.
Yesterday was my 44th birthday and I thought I would share a list of 44 things I’ve learned in 44 years…in no particular order.
Looking over my photos from 2015, I realized two things. First, I didn’t take enough pictures this past year. Thankfully I’m starting a 365 Project–one picture a day for 365 days, for 2016. Second, you just never know the whole story behind a photo…so I talk about offering grace, to ourselves and others this year.
