My daily gratitude affirmations will serve as the truth in my life; a life that can get cloudy in sticky floors, wet dogs, tired toddlers, cranky teens and stressed husbands. Suddenly, the beauty of the truth gets mixed up with the messy of the hard. But when I pause, and look back with the intention of separating the grace from the mess…I find the gratitude.

I have a couple of journals I start…then let fall away…then start a new one…everything’s grace though, right.

So many blessings here, Jenny! I’m really jealous of those green buds on your trees. We still have no color outdoors. It was actually sprinkling snow today. I couldn’t believe it! And a sweet dinner date with your teen daughter :). Nothing beats that!
Jenny says
I have to grab those sweet teen moments when I can! She is really a delightful person to share a meal with, even if I wasn’t her mommma.

I have been thinking about doing another round of blessings during the Easter season … like how we did a month of gratitude during November. I know you have carried on with your lists, but I haven’t done as well. So, maybe something more formal will keep that spirit of thanksgiving going!

Sounds great to me! Starting when? Maybe Easter Sunday, one of the greatest gifts ever! Let’s set something up, I’ll email ya.
