This year I had my one word early, until God up and changed it! I’m glad He did! My one word is GROW. Read how I plan to grow in all areas of my life.
Today I share my one word for the year. As always, I considered one or two others but knew they were not my one word. As soon as I came across this word, I knew that I knew–plus it has some pretty awesome synonyms and scripture verses to accompany it.
My one word for the year took its own sweet time getting here this year. But when it did, well, I can see why. My needs were specific and unusual–I needed a word that could double as a noun and verb. I needed a word revealing a characteristic of God but also inspiring me to do what I have been called to do and reveal a characteristic trait in me that reflects Him.
My one word came to me weeks ago and the more I think about it, the less I understand it–GIVE. I also have a song to go with it, “I Shall Not Want.”
