Welcome to the Daybook Journal. A weekly post here at The Littlest Way where I gather all the ordinary things that happen or are happening in my day to day. Things like what I’m reading or listening to, eating, cleaning, and learning. These are the small moments that make up my blessed daily life and I want to remember them. My prompts may change depending on season and circumstance.
* I’ve written an ebook to guide you through the whys and hows to get started with Bible Journaling, Bible Journaling Tips, Inspiration and Permission, and to encourage and inspire you in your Bible journaling!

Pondering…
Listening to…
For some reason the boys are walking around singing ‘Joy to the World.’ It’s not Christmas and that’s one of my LEAST favorite songs ever! Various children are walking around coughing or sneezing and I’m still stuck on Reckless Love by Cory Asbury.

Bible Journaling…
I’m going to use the new Illustrated Faith Kit this week to do a page. I love these colors! I cannot decide what verses to journal? The theme is ‘Stronger Together’ which makes me think of friendship which makes me think of the verses in the Book of Sirach, “A faithful friend is a sturdy shelter: he that has found one has found a treasure. There is nothing so precious as a faithful friend, and no scales can measure his excellence. A faithful friend is an elixir of life; and those who fear the Lord will find him.” Sirach 6:14-16
Around the House…
It’s been hot, which means the kids are playing in the hose and little plastic pool, which means swimming towels and wet clothes, which means more laundry. I’m sure someday I am seriously going to miss all my people living here, but I can promise you I will not miss all their blessed laundry!
In the Kitchen…
Just placed my Walmart order and I also need to run by Aldis. Since everyone seems to be struggling with a little early summer cold, we’ve been making lots of Boost Juice. It’s a Trim Healthy Mama recipe: 1t Baobab Powder, 1 donk Stevia, a quart jar filled with ice and water to fill. It is so yummy and a filled with all sorts of good stuff. I drink one after I exercise.

Self Care
I have not been consistently working out since I hurt my shoulder and toe separately. I can tell. My mind had been a little racier and I’ve just felt unsettled. I believe I’m completely healed now so I will get back on track faithfully this week. Veronica has her college summer training program and I keep telling her I’ll work out with her. Still waiting for my invitation, lol!
(I purchase my essential oils from Amazon or Edens Garden instead of a distributor. If you’re not an Amazon Prime member with FREE shipping, Edens Garden has FREE shipping all the time in the US.)
