Welcome to the Daybook Journal. A weekly post here at The Littlest Way where I gather all the ordinary things that happen or are happening in my day to day. Things like what I’m reading or listening to, eating, cleaning, and learning. These are the small moments that make up my blessed daily life and I want to remember them. My prompts may change depending on season and circumstance.
* I’ve written an ebook to guide you through the whys and hows to get started with Bible Journaling, Bible Journaling Tips, Inspiration and Permission, and to encourage and inspire you in your Bible journaling!

Praying…
I praying to use my ‘believing muscles’ well. I love that a friend here at The Littlest Way gave me that phrase. Each time I start getting anxious about college money for Veronica, I remind myself to use my believing muscles. Thanks Liz♥
Pondering…
There is a post going out this week on the book, Thirsting for Prayer. As I looked back through it, WOW! There’s so many great quotes about prayer to ponder in there.
I’m also rolling the last two posts from a new to me blog, Deep Roots at Home. The first is, Why Are Kids Impatient, Bored, Friendless, and Entitled? And the other is, The Lost Art of Roughhousing: Why Roughhousing Makes Kids Awesome! Both of these are really, really good!
Listening to…
Max and Leo play some pretend game, the dryer, kids eating lunch.
This song is on repeat, A Little Longer
“Then hear you saying to me
Listen you, don’t have to do a thing
Just simply be with me
and let those things go
‘Cause they can wait another minute
Wait, this moment is too sweet
Would you please stay here here with me
And love on me a little longer”

72-Hour Flash Sale! Grab this adorable Heart Affirmation Pillow for only $15 with code LOVEYOU. I think this would make a great ‘college care package’ gift or young adult child, out on their own gift. And I know my younger girl would love the matching tote; a sisters gift set.

Around the House…
I cleaned my bedroom yesterday before the Super Bowl. All I have left to so is dust the bookshelves and vacuum. I cleaned most of the office, again, dusting and vacuuming left. Today is the laundry room and dinning room–hopefully.
In the Kitchen…
I had a super tight grocery budget this weekend. This is another reason why I love Walmart online grocery. I knew exactly how much my grocery bill was going to be before I clicked, order. Nothing makes me sweat more or blow my grocery budget than checking out and going over my budget. Rather than put stuff back, I’ll sell a kidney right then and there to keep the line moving smoothly!
Self Care
Y’all, I am diffusing Anxiety Ease full time in my bedroom. I am also diffusing my ‘Momma Blend’ full time in the living room. (You can read here why I purchase my essential oils from Amazon or Edens Garden instead of a distributor. If you’re not an Amazon Prime member with FREE shipping, Edens Garden has FREE shipping all the time in the US.)

Just ordered the Take Up and Read devotional for Lent upon your recommendation. Looking forward to it very much. I really enjoy your blog. It’s difficult finding good stuff for Catholic women. Keep up the great work, you are evangelizing the world with your words!
