I’m keeping a running list of thanksgiving–30 Days of Thanksgiving to be exact–for the month of November. I’m forcing myself to remember Thanksgiving is a choice, a way of thinking and a way of life. It’s more than just a day at the end of the month of November. I’m inviting you to please join me. Who cares if it’s already November 18th, jump in anyway! You’ll be glad you did. If you blog, leave a link in the comments; if you don’t leave your list in the comments.

I’m grateful for an amazing celebration of 500 years of the Catholic Church in Myanmar that I attended yesterday…It was so inspiring and touching to be with a great crowd of people of all ages. Thank God for faith!
Jenny says
Wow! My daughter is in another state and having such a great time she has decided she wants to travel when she gets older.
Ellen Kolb says
I’m grateful for comfort in spite of the fact that our 30-year-old furnace broke down a week ago and we’ll be without one for awhile longer. I live with a creative & good-humored husband and son who are making the best of it and coming up with great ideas to cope! *sipping hot chocolate*
Jenny says
“sipping hot chocolate” is always something to be thankful for!
Sarah says
I wish I was almost done with my Christmas shopping. I like to finish before Advent, if possible. But for some reason, I can’t wrap my head around it this year …
Hand-me-downs are such a blessing, especially the few I’ve received for my older girls! That doesn’t happen very often …
Highlighters that don’t bleed? I have to check those out!
I look forward to reading your guest post later today … when I can sit back and relax!
Here is my gratitude list from yesterday: http://morethanenough7.blogspot.com/2014/11/a-month-of-thanksgiving17.html
Have a blessed day!
Jenny says
The year I was set to deliver my 5th baby, due in October, I was finished by the beginning of October. It was great! I haven’t done that good since then, but being almost finished now is close.
Sarah says
I did the same thing, Jenny, when my twins were due in December, knowing they’d come early. I had all my shopping done in October!
Jennifer says
I enjoy working in the warmth with peace and quiet, if we had a firepace I’m sure that would be my favorite place!
Alos, I love hand me downs! My aunt used to give me her daughters clothes for Jill, but now I am giving hand me downs to my aunt for her daughter! Jillian grew tall so fast!
Jenny says
I don’t know where I would be without hand me downs! Kids clothes are too expensive to buy brand new since they grow out of them so fast.
Kaethe Pittman says
Turning the corner toward home: my favorite part of any day I’m out and about! I can feel the weight roll off my shoulders.
And I love that you have owls in your silos!
Jenny says
Yes, it is a weight being lifted! Our property starts at the corner and I can see our silos…all very peaceful to me.
